Aimee was lucky to save a vampire's life by killing another. Now Brenda is her best friend and they'll spend Christmas with her vampire 'family'. This is where she meets the real saint Nic.
The plot isn't something new but it had good characters. This was interesting and different. This was quick and fast paced read could be compared to Twilight, a much more adult version, and even has some scenes that resemble it. I didn't enjoy how the Christmas theme was approached. It lacked a family involvement in such a family oriented holiday and I thought that really put a damper on the plot.
It's a fun read before bed with some unexpected moments and likable characters. A light read for the holiday.
