Wow, I don’t think I can explain how fantastic a writer Carolyn Rosewood is. As soon as I started reader His Majesty’s Secret I was swept into an amazing world.
Ravenna is stuck between her hatred of her betrothed and the scary aspect of running away from her home. On her journey she’s threatened by men known as Guardians, fearing rape she is saved by King Dalmas. He is running from his bastard of a brother who stole the throne but who’s rightfully born to lead that kingdom? Ravenna was such a fantastic character, there was so much growth while Dalmas got to show all his sides. They combined attraction was a like a moth to a flame. I love how the story progressed. The flow was wonderfully done. Between the spanking and the oil it was definitely smoking hot!
Perfection would be the one word to describe this book. His Majesty’s Secret had well
written action, twists, flaming sex scenes and the ending was absolutely epic. Don’t wait, pick up a copy and fall in love with Ravenna and Dalmas!
