Dark, dirty, dangerous ... lawless.
This is a twelve story anthology about all the sexy lawless couples you could possibly dream of. The one thing they all have in common is a lot danger and a lot of sexiness. These would be great to read before some alone time with your other half or with them!
The King of South Side by Loralynne Summers
Gentleman Jackson by Nicola Cameron
Hungry Eyes (The Covenant) by Gwendolyn Casey
Vandal by Amber Morgan
Given to a Killer by Sam Crescent
Angel Mine by Maia Dylan
Kiss of Death (Dark Heart) by Sandra Bunino
Hitman's Seduction by Olivia Starke
Hitman's Angel by Elyzabeth M. VaLey
Eli Logan's Return by Lila Shaw
Trust by Kait Gamble
The Last DiLuca by Beth D. Carter
I can only say I had hard time picking just one story as my favorite. They each are perfect for romantic suspense readers such as myself. If I had to pick just one…damn I can’t! It’d be a three-way tie between Angel Mine by Maia Dylan, Kiss of Death by Sandra Bunino and Hitman’s Angel by Elyzabeth VaLey. They had the best stories that really packed a punch in such a short span. I wasn’t so crazy about the MC stories. Maybe because lately they all seem to have the same plot? One thing all the stories did deliver on was the sexy factor! Yummy!
If you’re looking to get a glimpse into some sexy stories but not commit to anything too long, Lawless should already be on your tbr list!
King Mathias must offer himself in place of his son to wed Queen Danae of Hellas. Two countries separated by geography must unite in order to keep the peace and trade routes open. To Mathias it will be his duty to keep this promise, still in mourning for his beloved wife and missing son he feels he has no choice. Queen Danae has been in love with King Mathias since she was a child and is more than willing to accept this marriage for her people and for her heart. Evil is afoot and threatens both thrones as well as the happiness of the two rulers. They must believe in each other and work together to find a way through.
At first I didn’t care for King Mathias, his attitude towards his marriage to Danae was disrespectful. Then his story comes to light and then I felt bad for judging him so quickly. Now Danae, I like her from the start. She is a powerful queen/mage. She is strong when needed to be but yet you can sense her vulnerability at times. The “crush” she has for King Mathias who is by far older than her is a nice added bonus, it made their union sweeter for me. The fantasy aspect of the story with mages held me fascinated .With magic mirrors, raging storms, and revenants this truly makes the story very interesting. So interesting I could not wait to finish and read the whole book in one setting. Each page has so many twist and turns I felt like I was on a roller coaster. When the story ends I didn’t want to get off. This is truly a well written, thrilling read with a great hero and heroine. I hope the author continues on this path with more stories like this!
If you like your Alphas gruff, growly, snarly and super hot you need to read this anthology. Each story was so different from all the others and yet they all took you into the world of an uber alpha meeting his mate. I loved the variety of settings and shifters.
Bully Boys –Nicola Cameron 4/5. This story, set in the past, had a Steampunk vibe to it. Loved that she used Staffordshire Terriers for her shifters.
The Alpha’s Assassin – Doris O’Conner 5/5. One of my favorites. A bear shifter assassin’s target is an Alpha wolf, but oh, the wolf is his mate. Let the fun begin.
Discarded Pup – Angelique Voisen 4/5. Wronged and jailed, an Alpha seeks revenge on his pack by taking the new alpha’s boy toy. Instead he finds his mate.
Yellow Eyes – Gale Stanley 4/5. Alpha Wyat doesn’t want anything to do with humans or half breed, until he meets his half breed mate.
Destined – L. D. Blakeley 5/5. This story had it all. There is some horror and some great humor. The human loses a boyfriend and finds a wolf mate instead. The banter between them is great.
Trouble – James Cox 5/5. This was a fun ménage story about bear shifters. And a trip to the moon. I loved how the author turned the alpha pair into a trio.
Outlaw Wolf – Elizabeth Monvey 5/5. The most emotional of the stories, it started off bittersweet. Dekker is willing to do anything for his Alpha. That including giving him up and going lone wolf.
The authors wrote great, imaginative characters and all of the stories had plots that flowed smoothly. All of these authors know how to write smoking hot sex. I thoroughly enjoyed all of these stories.

Uniform Fetish is an anthology with manlove stories that all have one thing in common, the love of a good man in (and out) of uniform. The stories range from setting but all were focused on the love interests hot steamy encounters and relationships with men in various uniforms. From flight attendants to military veterans, police officers to firemen, pilots to restaurant waiter, this is a must-read for the uniform obsessed.
I typically do not read anthologies however I have to say that I loved this one. Every story not only depicted true and believable, hot steamy (soooo steamy) romance between the men in the story, but also emotional plot and happily-ever-afters that were absolutely touching. Elizabeth Monvey’s Rain and Promises story of love and near tragedy brought me to tears but had me smiling (and hot) throughout. Nicola Cameron’s Fine Dining was a sweet but sizzling story about love found in the most unlikely of places. All of the other stories were on the same level of awesome. Every story had absolutely mind-blowing scenes of eroticism between the male love interests. I would recommend this read to any M/M reader or someone who is looking to start reading manlove erotica. I give it five stars for the fact that consistently this anthology is amazing and there were no areas that I would improve. Be sure to read each story!!
Title: Breaker Zone
Olympic Cove #2 - can be read as standalone
Author: Nicola Cameron
Genre: Paranormal, BDSM, Gay, Mermen

Rating: 5 Stars - A Must Read

I’m going to attempt to give you a review instead of squealing like a schoolgirl which is what I really want to do. This is the second book in the Olympic Cover series and although I did not read the first book, I had no problem following the story. Kudos to the author for a that. Also, Oh my God what an amazing freaking book! So much goodness I’m not sure where to begin! *Tries to regain composure*
Nick is a doctor who is into BDSM. He is running from a mad ex and the only place he can go is his best friend Ian. Here, he finds out that Ian is gay, in a relationship with two hot guys and oh yeah, he’s a storm god. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the beginning of an intricate, fabulous story.
Nick. Sexy. Aiden (Merman), sexy. Liam (Merman), sexy. Three hot guys two of them are mermen. I loved, loved, loved this idea. And the way she explain about the pouch and their penis, very unique. I loved how it also wasn’t inst-lust. Although they were attracted, the romance was a slow sizzle because of Nick’s ex and the face that Liam didn’t have the best introduction. So many romances now a days go right for the sex without getting to know the characters. Thank you, Ms. Cameron for taking me on this journey with you. There is so much going on in this book and it’s all weaved perfectly. I did not want this to end and now I’m going to start stalking the author’s website for the next Olympic Cove book because there is no way I’m missing it.
If you were crazy enough to pick only one book to read this year, Breaker Zone by Nicola Cameron, should be the one!

Rory is an art thief and he saves Dmitri from suicide, together they form an unlikely pair.
This was a great read. What really made the story for me was Rory and Dmitri. There characters were so vivid. I really could see them getting together and the sex was fantastic. The action was well written and the plot really good. I enjoyed reading Two to Tango. If you like Romance or Science Fiction I think you’ll like this story.
I can sum this book up in one word: Love! Seriously, I loved this book. However, since The tbr pile wants more then one word reviews...
Delaney is a shifter who works at Trickster Technologies. He comes home from his first vacation in years to smell his mate. The problem is, he’s human and staight! This author blew me away with her writing. Delaney was full of life, of depth and humor: Great, because things weren’t complicated enough. “Yeah, hi, nice to meet you, I’m your mate. I’m afraid I’m going to have to ask you to dump your girlfriend and learn how to take it up the ass. Oh, by the way, I can change into a coyote at will. How ‘bout those Cowboys?” Then there’s this push and pull between Del and his human mate Mark who doesn’t know what the hell is going on.
This story is so beautifully written. Once I started this story, I had to finish. The characters just leap off the page. The sex scenes were so rediciously hot and really beautiful. Also, gotta love the lines on Doctor Who and Stargate SG-1. Now to explain the 4 star review since I mentioned how much I loved this book. It was jumpy, there were a lot of point of view jumps in each scene. Other than that little tidbit, this book was fabulous!
Trickster is a sexy m/m story that is a must read!

Ian is a thirty-eight year old unpublished writer who returns to his family's vacation home in Florida to concentrate on trying to write his first science fiction novel. The first day of his sojourn he begins to have strange dreams that soon lead to two men who tell him unbelievable stories about gods, demi-gods and fated mates. Unfortunately, Ian has not yet recovered from the loss of his wife, and his initial reactions to Bythos and Aphros' claim on him is bad. But, more dreams and strange occurrences in the waters around Florida drive the three of them deeper into the relationship and danger.
Without giving away the fascinating plot, I will say that I found this a fresh take on bringing
mythological characters into a modern setting. The interactions with the various mythical creatures/gods that Ian meets are fun and exciting, and I liked the way a science-fiction writer working on a book about an ecological Armageddon is faced with an ecological disaster in the making. I really enjoyed the relationship between the three men and the ups and downs of forging an even-more-complicated-than-normal relationship, with all the baggage that comes when people try to learn to co-exist. The sex scenes were blazing hot as well! It looks as if this book is the beginning of a new series and I will be watching excitedly for the next one!
