Jamie is trying to sell to the French but every business owner isn’t interested. Then she’s at a café and a stranger comes to her aid ordering ice for her drink and they get taking. It was kind of random but I liked the dialogue. As with many short stories the tale felt rushed, it could have used more details. I’m happy to say those were the only issues.
The characters were lovely. They each had a great back story and wonderful personalities. This is a little contemporary story heavy on characters. There was one sex scene and it was so hot! This is a great short if you’re in the mood for something quick and steamy.
