Jo has a drunk mother, absent formerly abusive father and her younger brother to deal with. She’s dating rich guys in hopes of landing one to give her brother a better life. But what about herself? When she’s tempted by the new bartender at work all her carefully laid plans go to hell but when her father makes a violent appearance who will she run to?
Oh. My. God. This book. I want to sink into this book and never come up for air. Yeah, that good. Hell, I may read it again and that’s a huge compliment right there. Jo and Cam, the sexy bartender, have smoking hot chemistry. The problem is, Cam is a jerk to her when they first meet. It’s cute how they go from annoyances to tentative friends to I can’t get enough of you. This totallly sold me on anything Samantha Young writes. She’s freaking brilliant! Cole is an adorable addition to the series. He’s trying to be strong for his sister but he’s also dealing with emotions from an alcoholic mother. Then the father comes back and holy crap, I couldn’t stop reading. I literally read this book in one day, into the night and finished in the early morning hours.
Amazing, mind blowing, must read story!
