to the air shifters returning from the fight with the land shifters. At thirty, he knows that he needs to find his mate before he can take over the leadership of his clan. He begins to realize that the young woman who always patches him up, Ariana, may be the woman he is looking for, but quickly realizes
that will mean the end of his relationship with his best friend, Ben.
Like the first book in the series, these three end up in a ménage relationship before realizing that it is the fulfillment of prophecy to do so. I enjoyed the fact that in this book the two men were already involved and it was the woman who was unsure of her place instead of following the exact same pattern of the first book. I also liked that the overall plot was advanced with more coming out about why the different types of shifters don't get along and that Ariana was the one to make the first move toward getting the groups to get along.
Knowing Destiny is an enjoyable, easy read and I really liked the three main characters.
