Felicity lost her husband in a mysterious car accident two years ago and has finally learned to be on her own. She once married her best friend from childhood, believing no one else would be interested. When she goes to treat herself to a bikini wax she finds herself locked in a room, in nothing but a flimsy paper gown, with the gorgeous Josh and Troy who are both willing to show her just how attractive and desirable she is.
Josh and Troy have been best friends forever. They both like women, but their families seem to have realized long ago what they themselves are repressing, that there may be more between them than just friendship. When they meet Felicity, they both want her, but she also seems to be the catalyst needed
to make the two men admit what they feel for each other.
The chemistry between all three lead characters is amazing and builds up so nicely through the book. One gets pulled in both by the heat and sexual exploration between the three, but still there is room for getting to know their personalities, which is an equally interesting part of the story. I also love
how the author has balanced the relationship between the three, so they are all one equal third of the relationship (a personal favorite of mine), rather than two sharing a third.
Lick is a Four Letter Word is a very well written story that draws you in due to interesting characters and crackling chemistry.
