I love the cover, love the title, hated the blurb. I was actually thinking about passing on the story because the blurb. Thankfully, I started reading anyway and loved this book!
Madison is a succubus but she refused to follow her mother’s way and use men for money. She wants true love. But in one week her life crumbles around her. Her mother dies and her fiancé is actually married with 2.3 kids. Madison finds this out when the said wife comes to her mother’s funeral with a gun. She gets shot, the wife goes into labor and after that ordeal, the will doesn't go her way. So, out of cash, emotional distraught and living in a stolen car Madison has to take up the family trend of gold digging.
Then we meet Luca, the sexy gypsy that make women swoon and Madison roll her eyes. I loved them both. It was so much fun watching them grow to like each other. Their banter was entertaining and I giggled a few times aloud. Madison absolutely stole my heart. Her awkwardness with babies, doggy loving, succubus ways made me fall head over heels. I wanted her so badly to find her happy ending. Luca took a little longer to grow on me but it was more like a slow sizzle. Plus, his sleepwalking was a great twist. And the ghost. Oh my God, at one point I was laughing so hard I was almost crying. I could not get enough of these two.
A Succubus' Guide to Gold Digging has to be on my top five favorite books. Ever. Yeah, I loved it that much!
