Tim breaks it off with his girlfriend, and it’s traumatic. He is now looking forward to a new relationship but the new relationship he wants is with Scott. His brother’s best friend. Scott has always had his eye on Tim, but Tim’s straight, isn't he?
I gave this a 4 star rating, but this was a story that would have been given that half star up. I really liked it. It’s a sweet read, there’s lots of romance, but it lacked some of the angst and drama that the preceding story had. This could be read as a stand alone, but I would recommend that you read the first story before reading this. You meet Tim in More Than A Superstar, and the characters of Sam and Rob show up in this story so you get an idea of who they are by reading the first book. Over all, if you loved the first story you need to read this one also. I think what pulled me into the characters was the fact that you got to watch the foundation of friendship grow into the romance it became. And yet both Tim and Scott have reasons to fear Paul's reaction to them as a couple. The sex is hot, and yet loving.
More Than a Friend is a Recommended Read!
