On the New Jersey shores, you will find Cozzi Cove, named after the Cozzi family. There you’ll find married Cal Cozzi caring for seven little bungalows catering to gay men. This is the story of Cal and the group of guests that inhabit the bungalows for a week. You meet Conner,Cal’s “maid” and a big time player. There are the twins Marco and Harold. There’s the married couple of Joel and Greg, visited by their son Chris. You’ll meet Tim and Mark. Also Sean the writer and Chuck the porn star. The last guest is Arthur. And last but not least is Michael. Who will find themselves this week, who will find love and who will lose it?
I loved this story. It carries you through the full range of emotions, from joy to sadness, from happiness to anger. The characters are beautifully written. I can feel for every foible, fault and fear they have. I love most of them, and hate a few. There are a few surprises in the story and a segment where I needed tissues. I see that there is a second story coming, I look forward to a return visit to the Cove.

I’m going to attempt to give you a review instead of squealing like a schoolgirl which is what I really want to do. This is the second book in the Olympic Cover series and although I did not read the first book, I had no problem following the story. Kudos to the author for a that. Also, Oh my God what an amazing freaking book! So much goodness I’m not sure where to begin! *Tries to regain composure*
Nick is a doctor who is into BDSM. He is running from a mad ex and the only place he can go is his best friend Ian. Here, he finds out that Ian is gay, in a relationship with two hot guys and oh yeah, he’s a storm god. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the beginning of an intricate, fabulous story.
Nick. Sexy. Aiden (Merman), sexy. Liam (Merman), sexy. Three hot guys two of them are mermen. I loved, loved, loved this idea. And the way she explain about the pouch and their penis, very unique. I loved how it also wasn’t inst-lust. Although they were attracted, the romance was a slow sizzle because of Nick’s ex and the face that Liam didn’t have the best introduction. So many romances now a days go right for the sex without getting to know the characters. Thank you, Ms. Cameron for taking me on this journey with you. There is so much going on in this book and it’s all weaved perfectly. I did not want this to end and now I’m going to start stalking the author’s website for the next Olympic Cove book because there is no way I’m missing it.
If you were crazy enough to pick only one book to read this year, Breaker Zone by Nicola Cameron, should be the one!
