Ms. Nelson is a master with words. Her wit made me laugh out loud, and her flare for description had me fully immersed from the first page. It’s been awhile since I read such fully fleshed out characters. Once the action kicked in I could not put it down. The connection between Rob and Taylor was electric when they were together.
The hero , Rob was easy to fall in love with. Funny, confident and attractive, he was forever falling victim to his sisters who are all very taken and believe he should be as well. I loved his background. Peppered in among the story it really gave an in-depth look into his character and what made him into the incredible man he was. The fact that he wasn’t looking for Ms. Right made his stumbling onto Taylor that much better. Thought their road was anything but smooth.
Taylor was an independent woman , used to taking care of herself, and badly burned by a past marriage. I found her to be very intriguing, and compelling. Her past isn’t what it appears to be, and the twists and turns of plot make this read almost like a thriller!
I highly recommend Points on a Curve!
