This isn't your average angel story. It's based on Buddhism: My name’s Tevy and you’ll find me staring out the window of a psychiatric center. I see sword wielding, flying over our heads and killing each other angels. For a while, I thought maybe that something went wrong in my head from my parents dying. But I was wrong, terribly wrong about everything.
Once I’m out, I have to dodge the angels without raising anyone suspicions including the boy next door that has some secrets of his own.
I enjoyed this book! The author manages to pack fully developed characters into such a short read. I felt so bad for Katie when she finds her boyfriend cheating on her, and it is in front of her family. Lei was a great rebound guy but he was so much more. He’s loved her for three years and finally the time came for them. My only complaint is that it’s too much sex in a 37 page novella. By the 3rd, yes 3 sex scenes, I was bored with them. But I did love the characters. The plot was simple but cute and well written. I really liked Trapped and would recommend reading this book!
