What do you do with a naughty Princess? Why, lock her in her tower of course. But that doesn't seem to stop Princess Kaylyn from getting into trouble; from afar she observes the derring-do of Robin Hood and his merry men, and secretly wishes them well on their quest to rob from the rich and give to the poor. Things change, however, when Kaylyn becomes the target and is kidnapped for ransom by the merry band, and Robin turns out to be nothing like she imagined.
If you like the naughty fairy tale genre, this book is for you! Poor Princess Kaylyn's modern personality seems trapped in a medieval time-warp, so its no wonder she doesn't quite live up to the very traditional expectations of her family and society. She doesn't seem to mind Robin's nocturnal visits to her bedroom, but has a change of heart when the true nature of Robin Hood is revealed. In the end Kaylyn is returned, finds her destiny and all is right in the Kingdom. The moral of the story? Appearances can be deceiving, so be careful what you wish for! Overall, a delightfully different twist on an old legend and a few naughty capers in the castle keep you entertained in this fun, fast romp through medieval times!!
