Okay, so the story is more complicated than that. Ronan is the lost one in life and he visits Ireland to meet his mother’s family after she passes away. There he finds Fergal, bookstore worker, sexy man, and future true love. He has to persuade Ronan to go to school in Dublin because he’s pretty sure together they can find their happy ending.
The beginning of this book is so sad. I instantly hurt for Ronan and wanted him to have some happiness in his life. Ronan and Fergal have issues, nothing major, but it is sweet seeing how they unraveled things. The descriptions of Ireland are beautifully written and with so much inspiration, it makes me long for the green isle. I was totally doing the Irish accent with the dialogue too. Such a beautiful accent, I’d bet an audio version of this book would be stunning!
Hearts in Ireland is a beautiful love story that you have to read!
